Biography
I have extensive and successful experience in talent management and development of talent from internal sources and external sources. I utilize experience and resources that I have obtained from more than sixteen years of successful succession planning and development. My priorities are devised from the stake holders and developing strategic plans in order to achieve the required goals.
My background lends itself to creating opportunity for success within any given situation. I have extensive experience and skill in training development aas well as change management and organizational development. My goal is to develop the right candidate not only for the right position but also for the right company. I believe that the importance of matching the the candidate completely with the company and position breeds success and will tend to allow for correct succession within the company.
I am very well versed in multiple areas of industry to include govenment and civilian sectors. I do have an additional specialty of working with veterans as well as my husband and I spent twenty years in the military both stateside and abroad.
