Hi! I’m Yvonne Witter and I have over 20 years of experience in full cycle recruiting for mid to upper level candidates for consumer packaged goods, retail, financial services, construction, and telecommunications. My previous responsibilities include implementing key recruiting initiatives including assessment, strategic candidate sourcing, vendor management, reporting and metrics development and utilization. As a diversity lead, I have worked closely with various minority organizations (i.e. Inroads, National Black MBA, National Society for Hispanic MBA’s and National Society of Black Engineers) to identify and increase the number of qualified minority candidates into the applicants pool.

I have a B.A. degree in Organizational Management from Felician College in Rutherford, New Jersey. In addition, I am DDI certified in Behavioral Based Interviewing Techniques and possess a certificate in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

I am a Board Member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., in Bergen County and also volunteer as an interviewing skills workshop facilitator at Sierra House in Essex County, New Jersey.
