Tracy has robust career development, recruiting and , HR experience. While pursuing a BS in Business from the University of Illinois-Urbana, she held a regular internship in Human Resources. Upon finishing her BS, in less than 4 years, she began her MS in Human Resources and Labor Relations (also from the U of I-Urbana). During this time, she served as a mock interviewer for the campus career center. Upon graduation from her MS, Tracy accepted a position in the United Technologies Human Resources Leadership Development Program. After 2 years in the program, she became a Human Resources Generalist for a large client group at Hamilton Sundstrand where she gained additional experience writing job descriptions, working with hiring managers, executives and, recruiters, interviewing candidates, coaching employees on career development, coaching hiring managers and, leading the leadership development process. She knows the process inside and out and enjoys coaching and providing concrete, actionable feedback on how to help individuals realize their career goals. She can also provide resume critque and writing assistance. She has experience recruiting for a wide range of position from entry level to executive and is excited to help you reach your full potential.

I have experience coaching and guiding both hiring managers and individuals looking for a career change so I have good insight into the thought process hiring managers, and HR managers and recruiters, go through. I have also spent a good deal of time screening resumes at the "first cut level" and interviewing candidates.
