Biography
With 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience working with employees in a coaching and training capacity, I have decided to utilize my skills to assist others who are seeking employment and those who are looking to move to that next level in their career.

I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. I have been working in the field of Human Resources for 15 years and have been very successful in my career. I have held various positions ranging from HR Manager to Director of Employee Relations & Operations Support for a multitude of companies. I am experienced in the healthcare, transportation, financial and distribution industries. My competencies include coaching & mentoring, succession planning, staffing, training & development, and talent acquisition. My career accomplishments include building a Human Resources Department from the ground up for Saint Peter’s University Hospital, successfully relocating an office within NYC without a disruption in service for Fidelity Investments, streamlining and consolidating functions between offices in two states, creating new talent acquisition methods and interviewing techniques for the Visiting Nurse Service of NY and developing a successful training program for Fidelity Investments.

I have experience interviewing all levels of candidates ranging from non-exempt positions to Senior Vice President levels. I am a certified Professional Business Etiquette Trainer and was personally trained by Peter Post himself. With experience in high volume recruitment, I can quickly determine within the first 60 seconds of an interview if the candidate will be successful. Utilizing such techniques as behavioral interviewing can determine whether a person will be a good fit within an organization and gives insight to a candidates’ personality.

With a background in psychology, I am trained to look for specific characteristics and body language that assist me in determining what is said in a non-verbal format. These are the subtle, but important things an experienced interviewer will pick up on and could make or break an interview.

With the skills that I have acquired over my professional career, I would like to continue utilizing them and assisting others who are either seeking employment land the job they want, or assist those who would like to fine tune their interviewing skills so they may get to that next level.

Thank you for reading about me, now, allow me to learn more about you.
