Her experience includes all aspects of talent acquisition management and retention. She has been responsible for the staffing and recruitment of entry level employees to seasoned executives worldwide. Ms. Tate has interviewed thousands of candidates and has hired over 1000 employees. Positions hired include engineering, information technology, finance, marketing, management, project/product management and production. She is well versed in all types of interviewing techniques. Patricia earned her B.S. degree from The University of Texas, Austin and has completed graduate courses in Human Resources at The University of Colorado, Boulder.
