In his capacities as a founder/President/CEO, manager, consultant and individual technical contributor, Lonnie has recruited and interviewed executives and senior level sales, marketing, and engineering candidates. He has conducted hundreds of technical and behavioral interviews, and has a track record for identifying candidates who “fit” the job and the company culture.
