I am currently a coach/counselor with multiple career management firms spanning the last 8 years. I have a broad experiential base including functional areas such as (but not limited to) manufacturing, strategic planning, new business venture analysis, business planning, market & product planning, competitive analysis, product management, program management, marketing communications, customer support, sales, & sales planning and support. This knowledge provides me the understanding of job requirements critical in targeting career management and personal selling. As Technical/Professional Relations manager, I primarily focused on professional recruiting, both campus and over-the-counter. As a manager I have been involved in all aspects of movement of personnel and continually involved in the recruitment process including sourcing, qualifying, and selection as hiring manager over many functions. In addition, I was mentor and career coach for many of my staff. This experience coupled with my broad knowledge of the professional skills required and responsibilities performed in functions within small business to large corporations enables me to assist individuals in their career pursuits and finding and landing their dream job. In addition, I serve as a SCORE Counselor using my a business management experience through volunteer work for SCORE (Service Core of Retired Executives) assisting individuals considering small business ventures or needing assistance with established businesses. I also volunteer as a facilitator in support of local job club/job centers assisting unemployed professionals in their career management and job search.

I am a career and interview coach with hands on experience (not just theory). As hiring manager at many levels, I have what it takes to screen and select the best candidate for the job.
