I have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University in Chester, PA.
Specific Coach/Interview Skills
I know more than one interview style. While I can "go through the motions" and ask the typical questions, such as “tell me about yourself, why are you here,” etc. I prefer to design my questions based on the candidates’ responses. Each person is unique. I listen to the candidate, understand the needs of the department and organization, and adjust my interview style accordingly. I understand how to ask questions to get information the employer needs to make a decision.

I also have extensive experience designing resumes (marketing tool) to help candidates get their foot in the door.
Companies Recruited for and Years Experience
With 20 years experience, I worked with ARCO Chemical Company, Associated Press, DSM Pharmaceuticals, Hoffman LaRoche, Human Rights Watch, International Flavors & Fragrances, Lazard Freres & Co. LLC, Lehman Brothers, Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals, The Clearing House
