I have continued to thrive as the economy has gone from a smorgasbord of positions available to a tight, competitive arena with few jobs. While doing this I have coached several of their employees on interviewing techniques, resume writing, and basic preparation to deal with the current market situation and maintain a competitive advantage.

I have owned Dove Professional Placement Services a small results driven executive recruiting firm specializing in the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, architectural and construction fields for the last couple of years. I deal directly with hiring needs, interview techniques, human relations, employment law, monetary and benefit negotiation, recruiting techniques, marketing, market analysis and reporting on a daily basis. Prior to starting Dove Professional Placement Services I spent several years as an executive recruiter and territory manager with one of the top niche recruiting firms in Arizona, Civil Search International. I have worked in several other human resources capacities throughout my career prior to recruiting from corporate administrator to payroll and benefits.
