Biography
I hold a B.S. in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois and a Maters Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. I began my career in HR at Arrow Financial Services, a Financial Services and Asset Recovery Firm, as an HR Generalist/Recruiter, responsible for all recruitment at the Corporate Headquarters. Coordinated staffing activities, including job fairs, open house events, ad creation, and placement. Recruited for exempt and non-exempt employees in the areas of IT, Accounting, Legal, Administrative, Human Resources, and Call Center Positions. Managed the full cycle recruitment process for the corporate office. I was responsible for managing all internal transfers and promotions. Tracked employment applications to ensure compliance with federal and state laws utilizing ADP HR Profile. Perform and manage pre-employment background checks, reference checks, and chemical screening. Responsible for compiling monthly status reports that track staffing activity. Handled employee relations, including disciplinary procedures, investigations, terminations and exit interviews.

At MB Financial Bank, I was responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts at the corporate level for various banking and management positions, including IT, Sales, Legal, Human Resources, Trust, Accounting, Compliance, Commercial, Wealth, and Retail Banking Management. Coordinate and manage the Leadership Development College Recruiting Program and Internship Program. Responsible for developing and maintaining campus recruiting relationships with college career centers, student organizations, and faculty. At Mayer Brown LLP, I am responsible for recruiting all staff level positions, including Executive level, Procurement, Accounting, Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, Administration, Management and Human Resources. Work closely with various departments and levels of management on all promotions, market salary adjustments and all staffing related initiatives. Since March 2009, I have been an adjunct professor for DeVry University/Keller Graduate School of Management, teaching courses in English, Career Development, and Human Resources.
