Dorothy is a former airline operations manager who after staffing and managing her own departments, was promoted into human resources to recruit talent and train and place new management trainees. Over the past two decades she has recruited and placed hundreds of employees in organizations from Fortune 25 corporations to venture capital funded start-ups. An excellent trainer, coach and outplacement counselor, she uses strength and style assessments to determine the best "job fit" for her clients. "Expert" at IT, Engineering and R&D recruitment for Biomedical, Computer Science, Consumer Products, Pharma and Environmental "Green" industries.
