Biography
I began my career as a member of the United States Navy in the capacity of an Information Technology Analyst. After serving four years of military service, I was able to bridge my technology background into Executive Search and Recruitment, focusing on Information Technology.

I began the Search and Recruitment portion of my career with a 46 year old Human Capital firm for 3 years. My core focus was in recruitment, staffing, and staff augmentation where I wore a variety of hats: (1) retained and contingent search; (2) staff augmentation; (3) HR process consulting and program architecture and development; (3) recruitment; (4) account management and development; (5) practice development; (6) supervision; (7) project management; (8) employee development programs and training program implementation; (9) organizational planning and development; (10) Human Resources Business Process Reengineering; (11) contract and salary arbitration and negotiation; (12) merger and acquisition human capital review, strategy, planning, program implementation.

After 3 years with my first firm, I accepted a new position with my current firm to build an entire direct hire aspect of the business from the ground up and lead over all professional recruitment and hiring activities.

I provide a very in depth interview that targets both behavioral, psychological and technical/professional skilled questions that you will come across in all types of interviews. I take an active interest. I am proficient with asking questions that require more then a standard cookie cutter response that you find in most interviews. This approach, with skilled coaching, will help you distinguish yourself from other candidates during our analysis period after completion of the interview. My focus is to help you improve how you "sell yourself", to educate you on trends in the market and to let you know what employers are truly looking for in an interview and how to answer the tough questions.
