I am a high energy, results oriented HR professional with over 25 years experience in Career Counseling, Training, Relationship Building and Effective Interviewing in a wide variety of organizations from “start up’s” to fortune 500 companies. My coaching and recruiting experiences include partnering with all levels of employees at Matria Healthcare, Inc., Fleet Financial, Nations Bank, and Continental Insurance delivering extensive strategic planning, full life cycle recruiting, succession planning, training presentations, career counseling and outplacement assistance.
