Throughout my career, I have been engaged as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a variety of industries, providing sourcing and staffing strategies. I was responsible for managing all facets of the hiring process, candidate research, candidate evaluation and selection, processing, relationship-building and on-boarding while ensuring a positive experience for all concerned.
While managing the overall hiring process, I also consulted on employee relations issues, provided training for hiring managers on effective candidate assessment, interview techniques and creating effective job descriptions.
