Adonica Brereton, has distingushed herself as an industry leader by excelling in her positions within the Human Resources field. She worked in customer service, sales, marketing, and management in both competitive private and public organizations. Adonica has proven that she can navigate in any organization.

She worked as a Marketing trainer for Chase Bank's business to business customer base. In this role she created marketing and sales plans for the Chase's business customers. As a trainer her experience also included coaching bank employee's in Customer Service, Sales and Communications, through the New York State(NYS) Banking Training Partnership. Not only did she successfully coach the employees, but she was awarded Outstanding Trainer by the Banking Partnership.

In the public sector Adonica was Director of Mentoring and Leadership at City Tech College in New York City. In this role she coached student leaders to become mentors to marginal students. She planned and facilitated a four day faculty retreat, where she coached faculty members in the importance of leadership. She was responsible for the oversight of a 250 person program.

Again her public sector experience proven invauable when she was appointed Career Counselor at a City University of New York (CUNY) school, there she provided her expertise to a student body of 5600. She was responsible for preparing students for competitive employment with Fortune 500 companies. Adonica also was primary contact for the School of Business and planned and coordinated a graduate school fair.

Academically, Adonica is a proud graduate of New York University (NYU) where she received her Master's degree in Organizational Management. At NYU she was a Board Member of Delta Pi Epilson, a honorary graduate society in business and training education. She also earned her BA at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA
